In the early 1940s, Bob embarked on building a trucking empire that has endured and will continue for generations. Upholding the family tradition in moving drilling rigs, he became pivotal in the development of the oilfield in the basin and neighboring states. With a deep commitment to community and family, his legacy will always be remembered as that of a true founder and legend. We take pride in honoring him with a bronze tribute and preserving his remarkable story.

Big oil tanks struck by lightning in the Cushing patch near Drumright Oklahoma. The horse team belonged to A.W. Jones. The men and team helping to put out the fire used cannons to drain the tanks and that's how it was done at the time.
